Updated Policies for 2017
- There will be a $75 church registration fee required to hold your place at camp for the upcoming summer.
- On April 1st there will be a $15/person pre-registration fee due that is non-refundable for the upcoming summer. At this point, we need a close count within 5 (more or less) of your intended number.
- If the pre-registration fee is not paid by the April 1st deadline then the price of camp will become $145/person instead of the original $135/person. *Note: there may be some leeway allowed but there must be a phone call to discuss arrangements*
- There are printable personal registration forms available on this website. Please fill one of these out for every individual coming to camp oldest to youngest, including counselors and pastors, and have them ready upon arrival.
- Upon arrival you will then pay the final amount minus the pre-registration paid on April 1st.
- Bringing more than 5 over your number without any communication will result in a $20 fee for every person over the 5 person leeway. Bringing more than 5 under will also result in a $20 fee for every unfilled spot under your 5 person leeway.
For any questions concerning our new method of registration please call (501) 556-5837 or email us on the contact page.
